Privacy policy
Threshold collects the quiz options selected, the assigned reactivity profile, the email address entered, basic device and page information, and campaign parameters included in the visit URL. If a subscription is started, Stripe processes payment details; Threshold does not receive full card details.
Why we use it
Quiz responses are used to produce the requested profile. Email is used to deliver that result and, when requested, programme messages. Purchase and campaign events are used to operate the service, understand whether the assessment works, prevent fraud, and measure advertising.
The lawful bases are performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and consent where required for marketing or advertising technology. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Sharing and retention
Data may be processed by hosting, analytics, email, and payment providers acting under appropriate agreements. We do not sell personal information. Quiz and account records are kept only as long as needed for delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, and measurement, then deleted or anonymised.
Choices and deletion
Depending on location, a person may request access, amendment, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. To make a privacy or deletion request, email privacy@threshold.training. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.
Threshold is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect data from children. Questions or complaints may be sent to the same address, and local data-protection authorities may also be contacted.
