Terms of service
These terms apply to the Threshold assessment and training programme. By purchasing, the customer confirms they are at least 18 and agree to these terms.
Training and safety
Threshold provides general educational dog-training information, not veterinary care, diagnosis, emergency advice, or an in-person risk assessment. Results vary by dog, environment, health, and consistency. A veterinarian or qualified behaviour professional should be consulted when there is bite history, a sudden behaviour change, pain, or any safety concern. The customer remains responsible for supervision, equipment, distance, and compliance with local law.
Subscriptions and renewal
The annual plan is $149 per year and the monthly plan is $24.99 per month, unless a checkout page clearly states a different promotional price. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval using the payment method on file. A renewal-warning email is sent 7 days before each renewal.
Cancellation takes two clicks from the account link provided in programme emails or can be requested at support@threshold.training. Access continues through the paid term. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself refund prior charges.
30-day count-backed refund
If the logged reaction count has not dropped after 30 days of logging, email support@threshold.training and the subscription payment will be refunded in full. The request should identify the account email and include the 30-day log so the eligibility condition can be confirmed. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.
Service and liability
We may update content, suspend misuse, or change future pricing with advance notice where required. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Threshold is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
These terms are governed by the law stated by the operating company at checkout, without removing mandatory consumer protections in the customer's home jurisdiction. Contact support@threshold.training with questions.
